The Learning and Development Center (LDC) is centrally located at 4501 Leeland Street, Houston, Texas 77023 about two miles east of downtown and a half-mile north of I-45 South. From I-45 inbound, exit Lockwood — outbound, exit Cullen.

STOPPED BY A TRAIN? HERE IS A WAY AROUND IT: Traveling north on Cullen toward the train tracks, turn left on Coyle. Travel two blocks to Milby and turn right. Take Milby to Polk, and turn right on Polk. Take Polk to Lockwood and turn right. Take Lockwood to Leeland, and turn left. Take Leeland to the first signal light (Lockwood) and turn left. The Cape Center’s entrance is on the left.
