ATD Study Evaluating Learning: Getting to Measurements (2016)

Evaluating Learning Impact

Join us to learn how learning programs create business outcomes and how you can measure your learning to show impact to your organization.

The innovative ROI By Design model moves beyond the traditionally accepted means of measurement to provide a simple and practical means to use day to day practices to quantify learning design. The model provides a holistic approach to performance measurement across the organization. It utilizes a cross-functional measurement for performance and allows measurement data to become integrated in performance improvement decision making.

  • Learn how standardized learning design enables the ability to measure learning outcomes and show how programs impact the learner, the job, and the organization.
  • Observe examples of measurement methodologies being utilized in organizations to create accountability and learning organizations.
  • Witness learning measurement data currently being generated and used for data driven decision making in organizations.
