Could you use a Talent Development Mentor?

In the upcoming 2020 ATD Houston Talent Development Virtual Conference and Expo, you’ll get just that.

We’re providing three Mentors! sessions, one for each capability group of the ATD Capability Model.

And here’s why you’ll love these sessions.

    - You supply the questions. Send your questions to speakerchair@tdhouston.org. Questions received before October 10th are more likely to be addressed. Questions you might consider sending include:

    • What might be the most valuable capabilities or skills if I’d like to specialize in …?
    • I’d like to increase my ability to … What capabilities would matter most to a customer?
    • How would I know I’m good at …? How would it show up in my work?
    • Which capabilities would him me transition to do more …?

    - There will be three follow-on sessions. Join those sessions to discuss how to build your capabilities to implement what you learned in the conference.

    - These mentors can tell you what clients and leaders are looking for.

    - This is an example of what you could do in your own organization—and get recognition for bringing in such a great idea.

Register for the Conference. Sign up for one or more Mentors! Session. Build your capabilities.
