Jay Graves is a performance coach, culture strategist, and keynote speaker who equips leaders to align who they are with the impact they create. Known for his emotionally intelligent approach to leadership development, Jay blends strategy and soul to help organizations transform culture from the inside out.

With over a decade of experience in leadership development and performance coaching, Jay has worked across corporate, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors, including with Fortune 100 companies like UnitedHealthcare. His early career in corporate learning and development gave him firsthand insight into the challenges of leadership misalignment, poor communication, and underdeveloped culture. Those experiences drove his mission: to help purpose-driven leaders build teams and cultures that thrive through clarity, accountability, and authenticity.

Jay is the founder of The Jay Graves Company, a Houston-based leadership firm focused on emotional intelligence, communication, and cultural transformation. He is certified in GiANT’s 5 Voices and Leadership Toolkit and has facilitated workshops, team retreats, and coaching programs for financial institutions, engineering firms, and recovery communities. His sessions are known for their relatability, vulnerability, and practical takeaways that shift mindsets and ignite change.
