Topic:  Providing a high-quality learning experience to a group of learners spread around the world while at the same time allowing participants to continue to perform their jobs, is a challenge that will increasingly be posed in a globalized world.  Blended learning programs typically combine a mix of online teaching, independent study and in-house classes where students and instructors can get to know each other face-to-face.  In this session, Debbie will share blended learning best practices you can follow to implement a blended learning program that boosts employees' performance and gets them excited about using learning technology to their advantage.
