Take a break from your daily routine and focus on your professional development. This year's conference will be filled with innovative ideas, creative activities, and engaging learning – a place where you will want to be.

The day will include a keynote presentation by Bob Pike, break-out sessions, vendor expo and lots of time for networking with peers. Lunch and drinks will be provided and parking is free.

Conference Schedule:   You can sign up or log in to bookmark your favorites and sync them to your phone or calendar. Please note: you must sign up or log in separately to this site. It's not the same as signing into our ATD Houston website.  


Help with the Schedule

We hope you like the application and will use it to customize your conference experience and jump-start your networking! Plus - signing up for session in advance will help us monitor the schedule and make adjustments if needed.

Please note: You will also use the conference schedule to rate the speakers. Click a session and then select Feedback Survey.

Tip #1 - Update your profile on the schedule site.

Add your profile information so you can start networking with others! You can edit your profile at any time by logging in to the schedule, and selecting "Settings" from the navigation menu under the event header. From here, you can link your social networks, upload a new photo, change your email address and more. Click on the "Change your username" link to activate a drop down menu, where you will be able to change your privacy settings and more. If others add their profile, you will be able to view their information and their schedule.

Tip #2 - Review and select sessions in advance!

When you are logged in to your schedule, you can bookmark any session that interests you by clicking the check mark to the left of the session's title. View your personalized schedule by selecting "My Sched" from the menu in the upper right corner. Click the Schedule drop-down option for different schedule views. You can also select the icons on the right side of the page for filtered views. For example, if you click "Organizational Agility", you will view the 3 sessions in that category.  Click a session.  Scroll down to the bottom of the information (past speaker description) and you can download any handouts that the speaker has provided.

Speakers: Click the Speaker tab to view the conference speaker bios and other information. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see their session. Click the session for details.

Sponsors/Exhibitors: Click the Sponsor or Exhibitor tabs to view the conference sponsors and exhibitors. Click their logo or name to view details. Our sponsors/exhibitors help to underwrite the conference so please take the time to visit with them.

Attendees: Click the Attendees tab to view the attendees who have signed into the schedule application. Click their name or avatar for details about them and what sessions they will attend.

Printing: There are a variety of options to get the full event schedule or your personalized schedule to go. On your event's page, simply click the printer icon to print your own your own guide, or Easily view the print-friendly versions of your event schedule by clicking the print icon in the event sidebar. Once on the print view, you can use the tabs to toggle between Simple, Detailed, Grid and My Schedule before deciding what to print. Print versions can also be filtered by date, venue and type.

Tip #3 - Load the mobile website on your smartphone or tablet.

Click the mobile device icon on the right side of the page to access the Mobile Web App link, as well as iCal links for Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple iCal. Remember: when you visit the event's page on a mobile device, you will automatically be served a mobile version of the site. Directions for bookmarking the mobile website on your phone or tablet.
