GIG Sugar Land: Enterprise Coaching: Fast Track to Engagement, Performance, and Profitability

Come join us in in Sugar Land for this ATD Houston Geographic Interest Group (GIG). Click here for directions to the meeting location and parking information. You can bring your lunch and network at 11:30 and the discussion will start at 12pm.

    • According to ADP, 6 out of 10 of your high performers are looking for a new job right now, and a McKinsey study reveals that 5% of your workers outperform your average employees by 400%!!
    • Gallup reports that 67% of all employees are not engaged in their jobs, costing companies billions of dollars every year and managers are responsible for 70% of this problem.
    • According to Deloitte, 87% of business leaders believe that the quality of their work culture is important, yet only 28% of them believe they understand their current culture well; and worse, only 19% think they have the “right” culture today.

So these are three, high-profile challenges for today’s senior HR executives:

    • Keeping high performers
    • Fully engaging employees
    • Building high performance cultures

And the common solution for all three is an “organization that coaches itself,” or has what Kim calls a Coaching Culture.
