Prior to Synapse, Ryan served as Senior Vice President of Training at World Trade Group. He   studied   Sociology   at   York   University;   Business/Corporate   Communications   at   Western   University; Entrepreneur  Studies  at Surge  Ventures,  StartEd  EdTech  Accelerator,  Telluride  Venture  Accelerator,  Capital Factory and The Next Founders Program.
