ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Jay Clancy - Learning Consultant and Adjunct Professor
Jay Clancy is an expert in personal and organizational learning. As a business owner, organizational learning consultant, and university professor, Jay has over 25 years of experience designing and facilitating organizational learning in a variety of industries and business areas internationally. Jay has led numerous teams, including consultants and clients, in creating a full range of learning solutions, from minor interventions to strategic, enterprise-wide programs. Jay has trained and coached hundreds of employees, students, and clients on learning design, media development, and consulting. He is an adjunct professor for the University of Houston and has served and on the boards for the University of Houston, Wharton County Junior College, and the Houston chapters of ATD, ISPI, and IAL. Jay has a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and a Master of Science in training and development.
