*The webinar link will be included in the confirmation email you receive after registering.
Gallup discovered that only 1 to 4 employees strongly agree they feel connected to their culture, and only 1 in 3 strongly agree that they belong at their organization.
Think back and ask, Why did you start your business?
You are the standard bearer of your business. You can decide the culture and behaviours that tell your company’s story.
- What type of culture inspires you?
- What would help you make a decision to join a new company?
- What keeps you coming back?
- These are simple questions to consider.
- Is your culture based on:
- Results regardless of relationships?
Has it become choosing certain relationships to reward regardless of the results your people provide?
