Great Consultant The great consultant award honors an ATD Houston member who has created a magnificent experience for a client that has been completed within the last 24 months. Best Practice in Talent Development The best practice award honors an organization with one or more ATD Houston members that has implemented a best practice within the last 24 months that significantly improved their L&D organization’s ability to perform one or more of the following: · Produce quality products more quickly. · Distribute learning throughout the organization. · Measure and report the impact of learning to managers and executives. | Innovation in Talent Development The Innovation in Talent Development award is given to an organization with one or more ATD Houston members that has implemented an innovation within the last 24 months that furthered the capability of the talent development organization.
