About Me
I currently serve as Associate Director of Learning Design at Humana. My career started in social work before transitioning into higher education, where I worked for almost 13 years. In 2022 after completing my Ph.D. in Educational Human Resource Development, I transitioned into learning and development consulting. I have nearly 16 years of experience training, facilitation, teaching, mediation, and program development.
