Sonia will take you on the journey on how her company was able to overcome those challenges. The road was bumpy, but in the end they provided a leadership program that was flexible to the stakeholder and began to take leaders to a new level.


Speaker:  Sonia Scott is an accomplished Learning and Development Leader with 18+ years’ experience in leading best practice learning initiatives. Her interest in learning and organizational development has taken her from Performance Consultant at Halliburton to Sr. Director, Learning & Organizational Development at Waste Management. She has a passion for developing people, a strong commitment to designing and developing results based learning, and interest in creating a culture of learning that drives innovation and sound business decisions.
