Topic:  How Do We Get Them to Use it on the Job? Using HPI to Improve Training Implementation

Description:  It’s a huge problem in the training industry — Companies spend millions of dollars on training, and then wonder if it’s being used on the job. In this session, we’ll apply simple human performance improvement (HPI) tools to drive training.

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe what has influenced your choices to apply training (or not).
  • Define training implementation in performance terms (i.e., how do we know when we’ve got it).
  • Apply a simple model to organize common enablers and obstacles.
Target Audience: Beginner
