Through a real-world case study, we will explore the implementation of a measurement strategy by a training department within a mid-sized sales organization. First, we will discuss the approach used to gain stakeholder contribution and engagement. Then, we will review the highlights and the challenges associated with departmental and organizational adoption. Finally, we will discuss how the measurement results were showcased in order to "tell the learning + development story" and eventually "gain a seat at the table".

After attending this presentation, you will:

  • Experience the implementation of a measurement strategy within a training department via a real-world case study
  • Gain tips and insights for planning, developing, launching, and reinforcing a measurement strategy
  • Understand the potential roadblocks and discuss recommendations to mitigate possible “pitfalls”
