ATD Houston

Laurie Peterson is the founder of New Horizon Strategies, LLC. and is an influential speaker, facilitator, coach & consultant. She works with individual clients for executive, business, and career coaching and consultation. Organizationally, she has facilitated over 20 lean six sigma process improvement events and given both technical and motivational speeches to audiences of up to 350 people for the last decade. Currently, she is facilitating a leadership development course and an Operational Excellence Senior Leadership Development Program. Laurie is a Lean Six Sigma black belt process improvement facilitator, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner, Personalysis Consultant, EQi 2.0 and 360 consultant, Certified Sustainability Practitioner, Certified Daring Way Facilitator and Consultant, working with the world-renowned researcher, Dr. Brené Brown, and certified woman-owned business.

Houston Organizational Development Network (HODN)

Dr. Brooke Lerman is a Global Organizational Effectiveness Consultant with ExxonMobil.  She works across the Corporation on business opportunities/challenges leveraging expertise and tools from areas such as strategic planning, change management, process design, organization design, leadership and team effectiveness, and employee engagement.  Prior to ExxonMobil, Brooke worked as an external Organizational Development consultant in high tech, finance and upstream Oil & Gas.  Her educational background includes B.S. in Cognitive NeuroPsychology  from Tulane University and a M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston.  

Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP)

Seph Harris is a Director of Change Management at Calpine (Fortune 500), and has successfully designed and implemented major organizational changes enterprise-wide initiatives (centralization of Supply Chain, Human Resources dept. reorganization, ERP rollouts, L&D efforts). He is responsible for Acquisition and Divestiture Change Management successfully integrating  $4.2B in business functions over the past five years.
