Topic:  Building and keeping trust as a leader is crucial for any team, company, or organization. That's because trust is the foundation in which all successful communication and performance hinges. In order to have effective and efficient companies, leaders need to create a culture of trust. This means that behaviors like transparency, sincerity, and genuine concern for the organization's contributors and stakeholders are key.

Speaker:  Coty Evans is a speaker, consultant, and author who works with leaders and business owners to build stronger professional relationships through strategic communication and behavior solutions. He spent 11 years as a research scientist designing and developing biomedical devices. He's also spent over a decade studying and instructing relationship dynamics, communication, and behavior. He uses the combination of these two realms to introduce an analytical approach, effective communication, behavior tools, and process to executives, team members, and entrepreneurs so they can plan and produce strategies which will increase their performance, productivity and profits.

  • Park in the visitor garage off the feeder of I-10 and Eldridge.
  • Café on the Lakes can accessed through the garage entrance.
  • Let wait staff know you are there for the ATD Houston lunch event.
