Topic:  Using B.A.N.K. fundamentals, you can tailor your communication to your colleagues, prospects and family, while increasing sales and customer engagement. B.A.N.K. was specifically designed to increase your sales velocity, while mastering communication, negotiation and closing more sales.

Speaker:  Dr. Kim Nugent

Kim is the Metro University President for DeVry University - Houston. This includes the Houston main campus, Galleria and Sugar Land centers. She is also the owner of Kijo Consulting LLC It is a consulting company that specializes in a systematic approach leadership and faculty development to better serve others. She has a passion for lifelong learning and life.

Prior to DeVry University, Kim worked for EDMC for 17 years in a variety of capacities. Her most recent position had her serving as the V.P. of Faculty Development and which served over 10,000 faculty member representing four educational systems. She worked with Dean’s, Faculty Development Directors and Academic Department Directors and Chairs in providing faculty development resources.
