Global Diversity In Action

Topic:  Where are all the people you're working with from? Even in different parts of the U.S. we might interact differently based on our cultural norms. This will be a very interactive CTN to work with each other on understanding the Geert Hofstede indices. See the data come to life with your own stories, struggles, and triumphs working across the globe.

Learner Objectives:

  • Understand Geert Hofstede indices for measuring cultural diversity.
  • Engage that understanding by applying your own experiences (past or present) to the indices.
  • Interact with other CTN participants to share lessons learned on cultural variation.
  • Take home a proactive understanding and tool to maximize innovation through diversity in the future.
