Topic:  Global and enterprise capability have become critical to achieving success both for organizations and their talent. What do these two capabilities look like and how are they developed will be the topic of this presentation. In addition to an introduction to Bristow Group's award winning programs, the presentation will cover tools and competencies for global and enterprise skills while discussing how best to facilitate the growth of these necessary capabilities during such fluid and challenging times.

Learner Objectives:  

  • To develop an understanding of the competencies attributed to global and enterprise capabilities
  • To be exposed to tools and strategies (which may not be traditional) for growing and delivering these capabilities into an organization
  • To stimulate thinking around strategic skills development beyond "training"

Speaker:  Denise has spent over twenty years in a variety of senior HR leadership roles, both in corporate and consulting environments, with a focus on Organizational Development, HR, and Learning & Development, addressing Leadership Capability, Change, and People and Business Performance Improvement. These roles have included global remits working from Australia and the US across a range of industry sectors (commercial, government and not-for-profit). In the last several years, Denise has focused on the Energy (Oil & Gas) sectors and her current global role is with Bristow Group as Global Director of Talent, Organizational Development and Corporate HR.
