We will examine your thinking patterns around the way you see yourselves, other people and situations so you are able to look for opportunities rather than problems, strengths more than weaknesses and what can be done instead of what can’t. This applies to your work as well as your personal lives.

Learner Objectives

  • Examine our thinking patterns around ourselves, identify assets and plan how to use those more effectively at work
  • Examine how we see others, how to more objectively assess those relationships and make plans to improve working relationships
  • Examine situations, how we are held back by how things have always been and plan to take courageous risks to make positive changes
  • Identify those areas where we react negatively and change the way we see ourselves, others and situations
