With over fifteen years of a richly varied career covering many aspects of Human Resources including: training, recruiting, coaching and advising senior executives, business managers and employees, 

Cris remains enthusiastic on all things HR, as she believes that the only truly sustainable competitive advantage is in talent and culture. As a generalist, she has covered a broad spectrum of HR activities; diving into employee relations, performance management, advising on policies/processes, career development , talent management, change management, , learning interventions, and leadership development, in both Union and non-union environments. 

She has an MBA that has opened many doors and keeps her highly engaged with her operations partners, and she has had the privilege of being on excellent teams numerous times during her career. She has three nearly adult children, and makes her home in Houston.
