Kim Nugent, Ed. D., has a passion for helping organizations achieve their goals, strengthen relationships and thrive in our community.

After having spent her adult career in both the hospitality industry and higher education, she combined her education and experience, to operate her business,specifically, in order to help organizations drive revenue and improve client and guest retention.

Kim earned a doctorate in education from University of Houston, a MBA from St. Thomas University, a MS in Instructional Design and Online Learning from Capella University, a MS in Human Resources Management from the Keller Graduate School of Business and a BS degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston, Hilton College.
