Topic:  Join us for a unique facilitated event where you will discover the wealth and depth of experience and skills in the local Talent Development community. You’ll meet colleagues with professional skills you can leverage in your own career and current job assignment. You will uncover career experiences you can tap that could move you to the next level on your own development journey. 

Using the ATD Competency Model as a road map, participants will discover the strengths of their fellow professionals and will have the chance to share their own capabilities for making a difference in the marketplace and beyond. You don’t want to miss this chance to meet and learn about others who are on the same talent development career journey.

Speaker:   Mark D Dudley is a learning and performance improvement leader with over 25 years of experience in the talent development arena. He has a deep background in learning design and development, along with broad experience as a learning manager and career support coach. He currently serves in contract/freelance roles as a learning strategist, senior instructional designer, or learning project manager. 

Mark lives in the Cypress area with his wife and 11-yr old son. When Mark is not serving a client, you can find him cheering for his son’s baseball team or restoring and building furniture in his garage.
