Speaker:  Ron Klinger is a highly skilled, energetic trainer, facilitator, and coach with more than 15 years of experience in leading, guiding, developing and supporting individual and organizational growth.

Ron is the CEO, Chief Engagement Officer, of Motivational Transitions, where he conducts academic and career coaching for high school and college students, and provides organizational consulting where he works to, “Enhance lives through unleashing human potential”.

As a seasoned training professional and consultant, Ron has delivered a vast array of staff training and development solutions for large and small businesses, colleges and universities, and independent school districts. He is the sole facilitator for the Management and Leadership Certificate Program in the Center for Executive Education within the School of Business at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and the Leadership Clear Lake course offered through the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce. He is also the host of The Unleashed Radio Hour, heard on Business 1110am KTEK, home of Bloomberg Business Radio.
