Webinar Description:  Video Role-Play (VRP) technology was developed in 2014 with the intention of having learners practice skills or messaging and show how they apply new learning. This session will give a good overview of how the technology works, present actual use cases, and discuss a few primary suppliers of the technology.

Objectives include:

• Presenting ideas for having learners apply new education or skill training
• Demonstrating coaching opportunities asynchronously
• How to socially share best practices and transfer knowledge
• Using the technology for certification purposes
• Discuss adoption, technology issues/problems with current technology integrations, and other topics
