Women and men are equal in rights yet have different strengths as well as different challenges. Understanding and incorporating feminine power in business can yield outstanding results, however, this is not achieved simply by increasing the number of women in business. Corporate strategy, coaching and training for women can help empower women to be their authentic selves, overcome biases, appreciate and embrace their unique strengths and use them for the benefit of their lives and careers.

Learning Objectives:

  •  Why do female leaders matter in the current economic times?
  • What are the challenges that women face in the workplace and how better address them?
  • What are the ways to accelerate the female leaders?
