Cyber incidents can result in significant financial loss and damage to a company’s reputation. Unfortunately, employees can be the weakest link in protecting company information and assets from cyber threats. Proactively empowering employees with knowledge is a key step in defending against cyber attacks.

During this topic, we’ll first discuss the types of cybersecurity threats and the resulting impact experienced by both business and individuals.

Then we’ll walk through the unique training needs for the different types of learners:

  • Cybersecurity technology
  • Incident response process
  • End user awareness.

Finally, we’ll discuss a few real-life examples of how cybersecurity training was defined, designed and delivered.
