Every year brings new developments to the world of Learning and Development. However, there are some topics from the past year that are still going strong in 2019, from personalized learning paths to game mechanics that make your online training courses more powerful and profound. In this session, we will discuss the top Learning and Development trends for 2019 that every Learning professional should know. Debbie will also provide useful information that you can take back to share with your team as well as a roadmap to get started.

Debbie Richards, president of Creative Interactive Ideas, was named one of the most influential people in corporate eLearning for 2018. She works with organizations to design, develop, and deliver technology-based adult learning programs with measurable impact. Passionate about working with and mentoring other learning professionals, she is the president-elect of the Association for Talent Development Houston Chapter and a past ATD national adviser for chapters. She is the 2019 ATD Technology Conference Advisory Council chairperson.
