To align with the mission to ATD International, TD Houston is bringing you sales training content to help you create programs for your sales teams.

As talent development professionals, we are familiar with the DiSC model. But did you know that this model also works well when training sales teams how to sell more? DiSC behavioral styles show up at the sales table and if the salesperson doesn’t understand the various styles and how to adapt, they can lose the sale, which impacts the company’s bottom line.

In How to Use Everything DiSC to Help Your Sales Teams to Sell More, Toni Harris Taylor demonstrates sales trainers and influencers how to increase sales by learning how the various styles behaviors influence the buy/sell process.

Learner Objectives
In this session, attendees will learn:

• How to help the learner to understand who they are and what gives them energy in the sales process.
• How to teach your sales team to effortlessly and consistently fill their business with clients by reading the prospects buying style and providing personalized strategies for how they buy.
• How to increase your team’s sales by speaking the prospect’s language which moves them to action.

Participants will be able to:

• Understand how DiSC applies to the sales process.
• Discuss with sales management the value of teaching DiSC to their sales teams to increase sales and profitability.
