General Meeting: EQ Skills for Positive Leadership

At Leadership Call, we believe understanding and managing our emotions is critical to the success of leadership. Most people are drawn to or influenced by those who have a positive influence upon us. In this session, we will explore individual perspectives of positive leadership and the connections between our images of positive leaders and emotional intelligence skills.

About the Speakers

Ed & Chris Hennessy provide Emotional Intelligence certification, training and coaching in the EQ-i 2.0/360 Model. Leadership Call, LLC is a Master Training partner of MHS (Multi-Health Systems), a global provider of leading psychological assessments including the Pearman Personality Integrator and the HRG Hardiness Resilience Gauge.

Ed and Chris work with individuals and organizations through a blended learning approach that can include virtual/in-person certifications, workshops, assessments, leader development and coaching. Their clients include individuals, organizations around the world representing a diversity of major industries including higher education, military and law enforcement, health and medical, engineering and manufacturing companies, and more. Their passion is making a positive impact in the lives of others and helping their clients do the same.
