Join us for a joint session with ICF Houston, where Scott Brown will share Gallup’s latest insights on the most important position in any company today – the manager. This session with help you understand the key challenges managers are facing in today’s rapidly changing workplace and review ways to coach and support managers to improve their experience and drive performance.

      About the Speaker

      Scott Brown
      Gallup

      Scott Brown is a Regional Director with Gallup. Brown is responsible for Gallup’s mid-market business development teams and strategy in the United States and Europe. He manages international teams that are responsible for delivery of Gallup’s consulting solutions, which help organizations create exceptional workplaces. Prior to his current role, Brown was a Senior Consultant and responsible for business development and management of Gallup’s healthcare client relationships. In this role, he worked with clients to align the right Gallup teams and solutions to overcome their organizational challenges.

      Brown received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and master’s in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha executive MBA program where he graduated with honors and was award the Most Distinguished Student Award. He has also served on the faculty at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, College of Business, as a board member for the Metro Area Continuum of Care for the Homeless (MACCH), and currently serves on the board of an exciting new non-profit startup, DIBS for Kids.
