You attended the ATD Houston 2020 Talent Development Conference. You collected ideas. But you have a few questions on how to implement those ideas. Or you now have new ideas to explore with a mentor. This event is for you. You’re free to attend any or all of these sessions.

This conference follow-up gives you direct access to one of our capable (yes, we’re referring to the ATD Capability Model) mentors. You guide the agenda with your questions.

Submit your questions through the conference Whova app. The earlier you submit questions, the more time these mentors have to consider your question and answer it during the session.

About the Speaker

Joni Goodman

She has over 20 years in the learning and development space where Joni has delivered Miller Heiman’s Conceptual and Strategic Selling programs, DiSC/PIAV behavioral styles instruction, and Situational Leadership amongst a variety of other Professional Development curriculum. Joni was selected and trained by Dr. Brene’ Brown as one of the first Certified Dare to Lead™ facilitators in the world! She is also a published author in: “The Book of Road Tested Training Activities”, “Association for Talent Developments (ATD) Training Toolkit application”, and “101 Ways to Make Training Active”.

What she does best: Joni is a game changing executive coach. She is a captivating speaker and an engaging and approachable facilitator. Joni creates appealing learning engagements and holds herself to a gold standard in performance consulting, as well as, in the planning and production of sales meetings/events to a wide variety of audiences. Her experience encompasses effective management development, sales training, mentoring, and executive coaching.

Joni very much enjoys being active in Texas Executive Women (TEW) and she is the Past President for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Houston chapter. She is also a member and facilitator for the ATD national organization and gives back by volunteering her time with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Event Registration and Cancellation Policy: ATD Houston has implemented Event Registration and Cancellation Policy for its paid events. If your registration fee is not paid within 15 minutes of signup, your registration will be cancelled and you will have to signup again.
