It’s been a year of disruption, upheaval, and confusion. TD professionals have been so busy helping others that some forgot about their own careers. Are you one? Let’s get it back on track. Take control of your own career and focus on YOU now.

Elaine Biech will offer an online session for Employee Learning Week on December 9 at 12p CST. Elaine’s presentation will tap into her new book, Skills for Career Success, co-published by ATD and Berrett-Koehler. Using some of the 600 proven tactics from the book you’ll identify your preferred career path and take control of moving your career forward.

What do you want to be when you grow up? There's never been a better time to focus on yourself and your career. Whether you are choosing a new career, recommitting to your current position, or facing an unplanned move, join your TD colleagues to uncover your passion.

Learner Objectives:

Here are a couple of highlights:
• Apply four dozen questions to uncover your career passion.
• Design a personal vision with tactics to complete after the session.
• Leave with bonus tools, checklists, and activities you can use for your journey or with others.
• Enter the drawing for copies of Skills for Career Success.
