Marianne Gooch — President, DynaComm LLC

Marianne Gooch helps business leaders enhance their leadership potential through executive coaching and training, strategic planning, organization design and leadership development and transformation. She has 30 years’ experience in communications and business dynamics. As a consultant and entrepreneur, she has led communication efforts for global companies with annual revenue of $50 million to over $30 billion during acquisitions/mergers, organizational change and reputational matters. She helps companies develop messaging in response to business-critical issues; provides counsel to business leadership on reputation and branding matters; and ensures that a company’s value proposition is clearly articulated and understood by all audiences.

The value she brings to her clients is helping business leaders grow from being tactical thinkers to embracing a strategic mind-set.

Her clients include business leaders in the energy, banking, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and non-profit industries. Additionally, Marianne offers executive education at elite business schools across the country, where she develops and leads seminars on topics ranging from leadership enhancement to executive communication to employee engagement. One of her seminars, Manager to Leader, is currently in national syndication. 

Marianne has given keynotes addresses at business leadership meetings; she has presented to numerous associations and at conferences on topics of leadership, women in business, and leadership communication.

Marianne has a bachelor of arts degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Houston and an Executive MBA in Global Leadership from C.T. Bauer College at the University of Houston.
