Kent Nuttall has held the CPTD certification since 2006. He is a past-president, and is once again on the board. He just can't stop supporting ATD Houston. Kent has been selected to participate in multiple certification design and development events with ATD National. He contributed to the development of the ATD Capability Model. He has facilitated several CPTD study groups. When he attends any ATD Houston event he talks about certification. He'll answer any question asked about certification. He is also founder of Torch Solutions Group, a company focused on improving training evaluation and performance evaluation through application of Human Performance Improvement.
