WEBINAR: Let's Shift The Conversation: The State of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) on L&D
*The webinar link will be included in the confirmation email you receive after registering.
According to the Affirmity 2022 research, only two-fifths of organizations (survey respondents) offer DEI-related learning and development to all employees. Among those that do offer training, the most common DEI-related training program is unconscious bias training. Fewer offer specific training in inclusion awareness training, difficult conversations training, inclusive recruitment policies training, performance management training, and conflict resolution training.
During this engaging and interactive conversation, L&D practitioners will preview the current state of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), what’s trending for 2023 and beyond, best practices from successful L&D efforts, and set actionable strategies to equip leaders and teams on navigating an important conversation that transforms cultures.
LEARNER OBJECTIVES
In this session, participants will:
• Importance of advancing the DEI conversation via learning and development experiences.
• Exploring best practices for successful organizational culture transformations leveraging a DEI integration.
• Developing actionable strategies applicable to start or continue the DEI conversation within the L&D space.
