Welcome to ATD Houston! Come get to know us – the people and the chapter, and learn about the many specific ways you can benefit from being a member. Come with any questions you have about becoming a member or taking advantage of member benefits.

We’ll also give you a quick rundown of our website and how to access events as well as extensive learning resource depositories that are part of your membership.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Janeth Harrison — Director of Memberships 

Janeth has over 25 years in the Oil and Gas Industry. She is a Learning Advisor for Lubricants/Mobility, Shell U.S. She has been the Training Workstream Lead for a variety of successful projects and served as Business Team Lead for one of the Recruiting teams. She has facilitated Leadership and Applications training, and designed and implemented product and onboarding training, as well as content for a global project.

Janeth has a B.S. in Business Administration, MS in Technology, as well as: Training/Development Manager Certification, and certifications in: Instructor/Facilitator, Instructional Design, E-Learning Design, Story Based E-Learning Design, Project Management, Coaching – Inside Out, MCSE program completion, Gamification – L1, L2, L3 – Master Craftsman Certification, CLO (Chief Learning Officer Acceleration Program Completion), and is a member of the Training 125 Hall of Fame. She currently serves ATD Houston as Director of Memberships.
