We have all experienced challenges when introducing new learning technologies within our organizations. The fact is that some people are more open to change than others, which can present obstacles or even derail the adoption of new tech.

Opposition or fear of change is a big reason why a two-tier system is beginning to emerge between companies investing in cutting-edge training platforms and those that are not.

Companies must enable continual improvement by becoming more future-thinking. Their success will largely depend on their willingness to utilize innovative training solutions and new technologies like automated or AI‑powered analysis tools.

So, what can you do as a learning and development (L&D) professional on the front lines of this growing problem? How can you remove barriers and objections and prepare your organization to adopt new technologies more readily?

To answer this question, TrainingPros invites you to join us for a FREE webinar featuring author, speaker, learning architect, and self-proclaimed geek Debbie Richards, who will share insight from her new TD at Work Guide, Preparing Your Organization for New Technologies.

During this informative hour, Debbie will walk you through the steps needed to build a successful implementation plan. She will also share examples and checklists from real-world enterprise implementations.

Specifically, you will learn:

The steps needed to build a successful learning technology implementation plan.

A framework to use when investigating, selecting, and implementing new technologies.

What a successful enterprise implementation looks like through examples and checklists.

Register early, as this one will fill up fast! Then join us on October 18th to learn how you can help your organization embrace technological advancements as opportunities rather than obstacles!
