This workshop is designed for Talent Development professionals/leaders who are crushing their goals but still waiting for that next-level TD leadership opportunity. Keith will break down the exact perception shifts and strategic moves that separate those who get promoted from those who stay stuck.

    Learning Objectives:

    • Pinpoint the specific reason(s) you’re not being selected for more senior roles yet.
    • Turn your work into a clean, defensible reason to pick you for your next TD leadership role.
    • Execute a 30-day plan that increases your perceived leadership level.

SpeakerKeith Anderson is a leadership advisor and former tech executive who helps high-performing managers and directors get selected for next-level roles. He spent years inside promotion and hiring rooms at companies like Google, Meta, DoorDash and Uber, where he saw why strong performers still get passed over. His work focuses on Leadership Signaling, the decision-grade version of executive presence that makes a leader’s level clear, defensible, and easy to advocate for. Keith helps leaders translate results into decision-ready proof, build real advocates, and remove the hidden friction that stalls careers. He works with senior leaders globally and speaks regularly at leadership and talent conferences.
